Objectives:

  • Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and technologies;
  • Promote networking, professional development and companionship;
  • Highlight the excellence and remarkable achievements of the minerals industry.

The Val-d'Or branch aims to inform and guide its members in order to meet their needs while respecting the strategic vision of CIM. They allow people in the industry to socialize and get to know each other. We present industry-related business opportunities to people in the field. We thus hope to become a vector of professional and technical improvement and a retention tool, in the region, for companies working in the mining world. Our mission is also to raise awareness of the mining sector among citizens of the region.

Although most activities are aimed specifically at people in the mining industry, everyone is invited to participate.
