Introducing Élaine Legault

Élaine Legault brings over 25 years of executive experience in event strategy, operations, business development and client experience. Her career includes leadership roles at TVOntario, where she contributed to educational innovation; Reed MIDEM in Paris, where she led international conference development and partnerships; and the Palais des congrès de Montréal, where she spent 17 years, ultimately serving as vice president of events and client experience, overseeing approximately 350 events annually.

She has served as deputy director for the G7 Summit in Kananaskis (June 2025) with Global Affairs Canada, contributing to the successful delivery of a complex, high-profile international event.
