Irena Bauman brings several years of mining experience to her new role as Business Development Manager. Skilled in understanding client needs, developing strategies and focusing on cultivating strong client relationships, her guidance has paved the way for sustainable growth and enduring success.

Irena most recently served as Manager of Business Development with Allnorth Consultants Ltd, where she played a pivotal role in nurturing engineering, survey, and material testing projects across British Columbia. Her professional journey spans 16 years and covers a diverse range of roles, each contributing to client growth and success.

At CIM, Irena will work with the Membership team on building sustainable industry partnerships that will help grow our community through customized memberships, professional development and leadership opportunities.
