Graham Clow is managing director of the Scott Wilson Mining Group. As a senior mining consultant with more than 33 years experience, he is responsible for all aspects of the company's worldwide mining consulting practice.

Prior to joining Scott Wilson, Graham held progressive positions from shift boss to the senior executive level, including CEO and operating responsibility for several publicly listed mining companies. His experience includes financing, development, and management of open pit and underground mines on three continents, start ups, preparation and implementation of feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, troubleshooting, and management consulting for mines.

Graham is a past chairman of the Metal Mining Society of CIM and was a member of the Committee on Ore Reserve Definitions. Over the years, he has been a member of CIM Branch Executives in Pine Point, Baffin Island, and Toronto. He currently chairs the Committee on Production Cost Reporting Standards, a joint effort of CIM and the Canadian Securities Administrators. He is an adjunct professor at the Lassonde Mineral Institute, University of Toronto, where he Lectures on resource and reserve estimation.

He has a B.Sc. in mining engineering and a B.Sc. in geology from Queen's University. In 1994, Graham was awarded the Medal of Bravery for his work in the rescue and recovery operation following the Westray mine disaster.
