Since 1985, Barrick Gold has been extracting and producing gold at its world class Williams mine. The site is part of Barrick’s Hemlo mining complex located 40 kilometers east of Marathon, Ontario. Since the start of production, the mine has produced 11 million ounces of gold. The site employs 455 people and has built a reputation for safe operation.
