As vice president of Atlantic operations for St Barbara Gold, Andrew Taylor brings over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Chemistry from Saint Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering from Dalhousie University. He began his career with Inco Ltd, where he advanced to section lead in the Mill Technical Support Team. In 2020, he returned to Nova Scotia to join St Barbara as mill manager. Now, as vice president of Atlantic Operations, he leads a dedicated team focused on reclaiming the Touquoy Mine site and supports the advancement of other regional projects towards construction and operations.
