At the CIM Special General Meeting in April 2019, which followed the CIM Annual General Meeting, proposed changes to the CIM By-Law that have taken place since the last ratification in 2017 were voted on and passed unanimously.

CIM National has created an electronic voting tool to enable CIM members to ratify these changes by accepting or rejecting any or all of the changes and providing comments if they choose. Each by-law is displayed in its original and changed formats with a button mechanism making it easy to navigate to where the text appears in the CIM By-Law document for context.

Vote today and up until July 19, 2019.
