Blasting Practices in Some Coal Mines of Nova Scotia
L. H. BERGMAN; G. G. BOWSER
THE blasting practices described are fairly representative of those employed in the coal mines of Eastern Canada. As such, they may be of interest to Western Canadian coal mine operators. The treatment of the subject is general, no attempt being made to discuss blasting operations at any particular coal mine in detail.
