Gowganda Silver Area

CIM Bulletin1930
GOWGANDA forms part of the general Cobalt area. Its rocks and ores are very similar to those of the other parts of the area. While its total production of silver is only 4 per cent of that of the famous Cobalt silver camp, its 1928 shipments contained 42 ½ per cent as much silver as those of Cobalt for that year.
