Gold Milling in Canada

CIM Bulletin1930
THE purpose of this paper is to present, briefly, an outline of Canadian practice in the milling of gold-bearing ores- not, however, including those auriferous ores which are mined and milled primarily for their content of some other metal. It is not the writer' s intention to offer technical data, nor to discuss any particular phase of the metallurgy, but rather to give a general résumé of past and present methods.
