Abstract To be more competitive, we have to try new technics.
Few of them are: extend longhole length
increase drilling précision, new type of primary stope opening (styrofoam, home made paste reamer),use of C.M.S. to extend stope length when it's possible. This paper will cover our trials,success, failures and showing you some real cases that happenned at Doyon Mine.
