To reserve your booth space at the Symposium, you have to download and sign the PDF contract and send it back to us with the full payment before September 10, 2008.

The Exhibition will take place on the following dates.

Show hours will be:

• Sunday, November 2, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm
• Monday, November 3, from 9:30am to 5:00pm
• Tuesday, November 4, from 9:30am to 5:00pm

The Opening Reception, 4 coffee breaks and the 2 luncheons will be held in the Trade Show in Room #6.

The stands will be available from Sunday, November 2 at 12:00. Installation should be completed for the Opening Reception on Sunday, November 2 at 18:00.

The dismantling of your stands should be completed by midnight on Tuesday, November 4.
