When
Deadline to submit: September 1st , 2008

How
Submit your abstract online, selecting "poster" as your session. The abstract should not be more than 200 words. Successful candidates will receive notification of their acceptance by September 15, 2008. Accepted abstracts will be reproduced as part of the conference syllabus.

Where
Student Poster Session will be held on the footbridge of the Hotel Le Gouverneur Noranda from November 2 to 4, 2008 in Rouyn-Noranda, Québec.

The Posters Session will follow the exhibit hours:

• Sunday, November 2 from 18:00 to 21:00
• Monday, November 3 from 9:30 to 17:00
• Tuesday, November 4 from 9:30 to17:00

Guidelines
Posters should be of portrait type, 42 inches (tall) by 36 inches (wide).

It is not compulsory to attend to your poster full time, however 2-3 hours at the poster exhibition site is recommended.

Registration
Successful candidates will have their registration paid, which includes; access to the technical presentations, trade show, Sunday night opening reception and Monday, Tuesday luncheons.
