Mr. Charles A. Jeannes, also known as Chuck, served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of GoldCorp Inc. since January 1, 2009 until February 29, 2016. Mr. Jeannes serves as Member of Regional Board at US Bank, Reno, a subsidiary of US Bancorp. (de). He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development of GoldCorp Inc from November 15, 2006 to December 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President of Administration at Glamis Gold Ltd., since July 2005 and served as its General Counsel and Secretary from April 1999 to November 2006. He served as a Senior Vice President of Administration of Glamis Gold Ltd., since April 1999. Prior to joining Glamis in 1999, he has managed the administrative and business affairs of Glamis Gold Ltd. He served as a Vice President and General Counsel of Placer Dome North America from August 1997 to April 1999. He practiced law from 1982 to 1994 as Head of Natural Resources Section at Woodburn and Wedge in Reno, Nevada and has broad experience in mining transactions, public and private financing, permitting and international regulation. He serves as a Director of Fraser Institute. Mr. Jeannes served as a Director of Terrane Metals Corp., from August 2008 to July 8, 2009. He served as a Director of GoldCorp Inc from May 2009 to April 1, 2016. He served as a Director of Starcore International Mines Ltd., (Former Name: Starcore International Ventures Ltd.) from February 2007 to January 19, 2009. He practiced law from 1983 to 1994. He is a Member of the NACD and the ICD. Mr. Jeann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada and graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law with honors in 1983.

Stephen was also Executive Vice President at Miramar Mining Corporation, where he was responsible for exploration, business development and investor relations for 18 years, including the world class Hope Bay gold project, and played a similar role at Northern Orion Explorations Ltd., which owned the Agua Rica copper-gold-molybdenum project in Argentina. He is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines, London, with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Mining Geology.
