Presented by the Ministère des Ressources naturelles with the valuable collaboration of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, the Québec Mining Association, the Comité sectoriel de main-d'œuvre de l'industrie des mines, the Institut national des mines and Québec international, Québec Mines will highlight different aspects of mining development for everyone with a direct or indirect interest in the sector. Actors from Québec's mining industry will come together with the sector's scientists to learn, discuss and do business. The general public is also invited, to discover and discuss, and students from elementary and secondary schools will also be introduced to the wonderful world of mineral resources. The international community will be there to share. And for everyone who attends, Québec Mines is truly a marketplace for the geosciences and mineral resources!

Tuesday, November 12 to Thursday November 14, 2013: 12 conference sessions for more than 50 presentations, a large-scale exhibition.

Québec Mines, it's:
- A dozen technical sessions with more than 50 conferences will address topics touching on all aspects of mining development.
- More than 15short courses and workshops moderated by experts and focusing on various mining-related themes. Register early, the number of places is limited.
- Québec Mines has added an INTERNATIONAL component to its program that will allow Québec mining companies and organizations, as well as international stakeholders wishing to learn more about Québec’s expertise in the field, to establish business contacts.
- Québec Mines exhibits will highlight science, innovation, government expertise and educational programs related to the mining sector.
