CANMET Technology Transfer Award - Description
MINERALS & METALS
CIM Council approved the CANMET Technology Transfer Award, Mineral and Metals, in 1991. This award carries with it a $1,000 prize. CANMET, the Canada Centre for Minerals and Technology, sponsors the award to stimulate and recognize successful technology transfer leading to commercial exploitation. The award is presented each year for contributions to the Canadian minerals industry.
