J.C. Sproule Memorial Plaque - Description
The J.C. Sproule Memorial Plaque was established in 1974 by the CIM Council on the recommendation of many members of the Petroleum Society of CIM, to perpetuate the memory of, and give recognition to, the man who, through his visionary zeal and professional dedication, contributed so greatly to the early widespread appreciation of Canadas Arctic resource potential.
