CIM will issue international invitation letters upon request and upon full payment of the registration fees by the potential international delegates and visitors interested in attending CIM Memo 2008.

CIM cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications nor will it influence the processing of visas.

Please note that some Canadian Embassies and Consulates may require several weeks or more in order to process a visa application. Applicants must verify with their country's authorities to determine exact processing requirements. Please send all required information (click link below to download PDF document) to Chantal Murphy at cmurphy@cim.org or by fax to (514) 939-2714 to receive your letter of invitation after you have registered and fully paid. A letter will be sent to the applicant directly by fax. No letter will be sent before the registration process is completed.

Requests received after February 10, 2008 will not be processed. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of their failure to obtain a visa, his registration will be reimbursed.
