Decorator:

As with all our events, MeMO is a 'pipe & drape' trade show. Our show decorator, Décor Expert Expo (DEE) will be in contact with you in order to determine your furnishing needs. To see DEE's offering, follow the exhibitor login.(It is always recommended to have carpet in your booth however, please be advised that all booths in the corridor (001 to 027) are required to have carpeting due to school regulations).

Electricity:

Each block of four (4) spaces will have one quadruple outlet (one per 8x10 space). With that said, we must limit each 8x10 space to no more than one (1) laptop computer or a maximum of 3A/120V per outlet : therefore no booth lights or televisions will be permitted. (Please note that the Cafeteria is very well lit). We apologise for this inconvenience however the high school's electrical capacity is very limited.

Also, each exhibitor is (as always) responsible for his/her own extension to run from the corner outlet to the unit requiring power.

Green Commitment:

Special attention will be given to the environmental management of MEMO 2008. The use of disposable containers will be kept to a minimum, and recuperation of recyclable items will be facilitated. Both participants and exhibitors will be invited to commit to this initiative.
