Abstract In May of 2006, inspectors from the Health and Safety Branch responded to fatalities in a water sampling shed at #1 Waste Dump. This presentation will review the recommendations of the Sullivan Inquest Jury and the consequent changes in policy, and revisions to the Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for British Columbia.
