What's in the food? Every food item will be labelled on the buffets and our culinary team and servers are well versed on the menus and would be happy to explain questions which may provide more detail. Don’t be shy to ask!

What do you do with leftover food? In fact (since we work with custom-designed foods and know how many people to expect) we do not normally experience much over-production. In cases where there is indeed excess food after an event, if it is suitable we will first provide free, wholesome meals for our employees. If it is in larger amounts and can be transported within safe food-handling guidelines, we will donate products to the Union Gospel Mission in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

Where's the bathroom? Washrooms are located on every level (as well as inside the Exhibit Halls) of the building.

Is there a medic? There is a First Aid room located on Level 1 of the building. A First Aid attendant is available there at all times. For emergencies please dial 7500 from any house phone or 604.647.7500 from any cell / external line.
