Overview of Workshops
Issues of corporate social responsibility and sustainability that were once peripheral to business success and incidental to key decision-making are now becoming critically important. Expectations for business and other organizations to be accountable for their "triple-bottom line" performance has never been greater, and yet many managers do not yet fully grasp what these issues are and how to manage them for results.

This challenging workshop series focuses on; social responsibility core concepts and implementation, sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement and sustainability assurance, and enables participants to acquire the necessary skills, tools and competencies required for today's sustainability / CSR practitioner. During these highly interactive workshops, you will learn from internationally recognized and experienced sustainability practitioners and auditors on how to:

bullet Identify material sustainability issues in your organization,
bullet Implement CSR and sustainability effectively,
bullet Make reporting more relevant to your business goals,
bullet Engage with stakeholders effectively,
bullet Combine various standards (AA1000, ISO, Global Compact and GRI) for maximum effectiveness,
bullet Use reporting and assurance to drive performance improvement,
bullet Integrate accountability mechanisms with existing management systems,
bullet Build credibility with key audiences, and
bullet Get the level and type of assurance services you need
